In Vienna, the 19th century telephone exchange building at Lehargasse 7 is the new headquarters of the Viennese real estate company, JP Immobilien Group and the building is now known as Telegraf 7. The refurbishment was carried out under the management of the Viennese architectural firm, BEHF Architects which maintains offices in more than fourteen countries.

The re-commissioned Telegraf 7 building demonstrates a skilfull balance between it’s historic ornate style and a contemporary minimalist décor.

Architect Eugen Fassbender was responsible for the design of the original Telefonzentrale building in1899 and Armin Ebner is the designer and concept creator at BEHF Architects and responsible for the buildings outstanding new reincarnation.

One of the unique aspects of Telegraf 7 is a hotel suite which all tenants of the building are able to utilise free of charge for the accommodation of foreign clients etc.
